What we collect, why, and how it's kept.
When you register, we collect your name, date of birth, email, and the payment details needed to process deposits and withdrawals (PayID, card, bank or crypto wallet references, depending on the method you choose). We also log gameplay activity, device and browser information, and support conversations you have with our live chat, email or phone team.
Account data verifies you're a real, eligible (18+) Australian player and lets us process transactions correctly. Gameplay logs support fair-play checks and dispute resolution. Support conversations are kept so the next person who helps you doesn't have to start from zero.
Personal and financial data travels over encrypted connections and is stored on access-controlled systems. Only staff who need it for verification, support, or compliance can see it. We retain records for as long as regulatory and accounting rules require, then delete or anonymise them.
We share data with payment processors (to complete the transaction you initiated), identity-verification providers (to confirm eligibility), and regulators where the Curacao Gaming Control Board licence requires it. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request account closure through Contact. Some records must be retained regardless of a closure request, for the retention period noted above.
